Enable HealthMail in the virtual chart for all users or site specific

HealthMail currently hides any HealthMail from users that are not part of the office that sent the message. Would like to have a feature to toggle viewing HealthMail for all users or to limit by site, similar to how Tasks are currently configured.

Users can see Medeo Booking Requests from other sites without permissions

Users are able to see Medeo booking requests from other providers within other sites. As a workaround, users need to create a filter under Medeo booking and only list the providers at their clinic.

Have a new option under Feature Access to allow or deny the ability to create a prescription under Active Medications at a roll level.

When a user is assigned a provider under Manage Security > Users > User Accounts (Provider field), they automatically have the ability to create prescriptions. This could be a liability if non-prescribers generate prescriptions. Current work...
