Requesting an enhancement to the Forms (Template) Search field functionality to reference to form Keywords when the search is executed, in addition to searching by the form title. This will increase efficiency or providers in locating required forms.
Would like the ability within the ‘Form Editor’ to associate key words to forms (as in the Form Publisher) which are then searchable at the user level within the Form / Template search screen (EMR section > Encounter Notes), in addition to being able to search on the title of the form.
