Looking for a report that will monitor the movement of a patient in EACH stage of the traffic manager so that the clinic can accurately report wait times

Reporting> Scheduling> Wait/Seen Times Report

Currently the report only captures beginning and end of patients movement in traffic manager; however it is important for the clinic to capture how long the patient was in each room.

Ex. if patient is sitting and waiting in a private area of a clinic (ie. blood work OR X-ray) although it is part of the patient experience it is NOT part of the wait time to be recorded for the WRHA
