The ‘Submission Date’ of the original claim is being overwritten whenever a claim is resubmitted.
This makes it impossible to figure out when a claim was originally submitted. The original submit date is important to troubleshoot any problems that arise with a particular claim. If the ‘original submit date’ and the ‘date the claim was paid’ were query-able fields, then we could better estimate on average how long it takes for MB Health to process claims. This information could be used to drive the need for efficient and timely review / completion of bills by providers so that billers can keep up with workload, and do more frequent submissions.

Claim History Information is available when selecting "Claim History" from the right-click menu when a claim is highlighted. Will need to discuss further to see how this functionality is not meeting your needs.
