01129698 - Accuro -Reports with tariffs do NOT provide description of tariff.

Billed vs Paid does not have tariff descriptions Total Billed by Diagnostic Code does not have tariff descriptions Etc. Fee Code Summary displays incorrect tariff (ie. tariff does not match the description)
