Currently, any User with access to Documents, can annotate those Documents. A Feature Access permission would allow Accuro System Administrator's to disable annotating to a Role, and if required, enable annotating for a User within that Role.
This would be useful in an effort to minimize inappropriate use or Users ‘playing around’ with unnecessary features sites should be able to hide unused features (Document Annotation).
