Many staff in an office may be required to manage a cohort list in Accuro, so having an ability to add "Manage Cohorts" to the quick action buttons would allow any user to be able to manage this easily, from anywhere in Accuro, rather than the current way of having to move into the "Patients" section first to be able to Manage Cohort.
