Patx can have multiple Medeo emails linked in the Accuro audit trail. The email in demographics is not always the email that Healthmail goes to (hover over Healthmail patx name icon). Providers cannot readily change this and need to request the administrator to do so. Staff and patients may think they have provided the preferred address for secure email when updating demographics but this is not necessarily the case and emails go to accounts no longer in use by the patx.
