Add hover functionality in the 'Family Phys' & 'Pharmacy Contact' fields in the Patients section

When viewing the Family Physician and the Pharmacy from the Patients section within the EMR, a User needs to use the search function in order to view the details. Adding a hover functionality would reduce clicks and time.

Intake date/time stamp on patients

Patients have last updated timestamp on their record which is great, but it is often blank when I'm looking at records. I would like to know which user created that record and at what date/time without having to scour the audit logs

Family Link- Address Search
