Users are requesting that shortcut key F12 function throughout the entire application to be able to easily apply their User ID and timestamp anywhere there is a text field option.
Currently, users are able to use the F12 shortcut key to quickly apply their User ID and timestamp in certain areas of the application.
Users would like this functionality to apply to all areas of the application where they have the capability to type text

Expanding the F12 timestamp functionality for the areas above (Tasks, Mail, Appointment Notes, Fax Cover Sheet, Form text boxes/areas) was released in 2017.01.317.

We have received this request from other users as well. We're not able to add the F12 timestamp to every area at one time, but I have been compiling a list of the specific areas that have been most frequently requested. The areas are listed below. Are there others?
