Medeo Ability for Delegate to manage Provider Inbox

Schedulder - freeze a column so it will stay there when going across other columns

HealthMail: notification for bounce back emails

There is currently no way to know if our healthmail reached the patient or it bounced back. This is a safety issue. When we send emails through Medeo HealthMail we need to know if the email did not reach the patient.

expand gender tag on forms rather than be M or F add option to display as FEMALE or MALE as an option

some clerks reading OR forms fast mistake it for MRS or MISS not gender it would be more obvious on form, easy to miss M or F
