When Cross Office Tasking, we are requesting the attachment be visible in the Office that received the Task

Currently Cross Office Tasks containing an attachment are only visible in the Task of the office received. We are requesting ALL Tasks containing attachments be visible in F3.

Current functionality poses a risk for clinical management of patient care.
