When annotating within the ‘Documents’ section we are requesting the ability for other Users to be able to view the annotation while the document remains in the Documents queue. Presently, the annotation is only visible to the User that added the annotation.
This feature would enable users to communicate to other Users that a document in the queue requires more information before the document is filed to the chart. An example of this would be a referral has been received and the sender states an attachment is part of the referral but the sender did not add the attachment, so the referral is not yet complete to send for triage.
