The default width of the “search results’ column in the Address Book is too narrow to be able to quickly identify your search term.
o Although the window allows for widening, it is only the left portion of the pane which expands.
This is a concern not only for a busy clerical staff but also a significant inconvenience for prescribing physicians where patient pharmacy information is not updated in their demographic section.
Please adjust the default column width of the "search results", or allow this to be adjustable as a User Preference. Increase column width to allow increased character entry.
