Would like the Template Suggestions in the Scheduler to be Office specific instead of global. The global list has become so large that the users are unable to manage their site’s suggestions. There is also a lot of duplication of similar suggestions as well as many templates that certain sites would never use.
Global configuration has created a ‘messy’ environment for the staff to work in. There is no way to manage this from a CSIS or App Admin perspective as users and sites need to be able to plan their schedules accordingly
If the suggestions were configurable by office, the sites could them make them more personalized – colour, naming, modification, removal, etc. Currently sites are unable to accurately identify their ‘carve-outs’ for Advanced Access as there are just too many suggestions to manage. Currently if users change the colour or naming conventions, it causes problems for other sites. Having this section global, decreases a site’s ability to cater to their unique needs – as applicable. There is no way to standardize a list as our 40+ sites work within multiple programs and manage their clinics and their program work flows very differently from program to program, site to site

Template Suggestions can currently be made to only display in the currently selected Office in order to keep the list specific to each Office. We will need to discuss this further to see how the current functionality is not meeting your needs.
