Currently, in a providers Labs inbox, there is a small "Contact Patient" checkbox. This allows the provider, if this box is checked, to review the lab but have the lab remain in their inbox. It's important that the reviewed date/time is accurate, for legal purposes, but the provider may want to lab to remain in their inbox until they have followed up with patient or received another lab. We would like the same functionality with Documents. It would be nice, for some providers, to be able to mark a document as reviewed but have it remain in their inbox so they can keep track of it until patient has been informed.
