Current State: RNs with the RN(AP) designation have a Practitioner Number made up of one alpha character followed by 5 numeric characters (ex. R12345). Accuro allows you to enter this in the 'Practitioner Number' field in the Provider Demographics tab (Provider Management/F2), however, when you attempt to generate an invoice the claim will say 'Invalid practitioner number'.
The RN(AP) Practitioner Number cannot be entered in the Billing Options window as this field is limited to four characters (Provider Management/F2 > Configure > 2. Billing Options).
Enhancement Request: Add functionality to allow providers with an RN(AP) designation to generate invoices. Also, increase the character limit in the Billing Options to 6 characters.
