The Medeo online booking site when the client is at step 3 to select an appointment type, the screen is split into 2 vertical sections, separated by a small header: Video appointments and Other Appointments. If multiple video appointment types are available, the client has to scroll down to see the Other (ie: in-office) appointment types, making it a common occurrence for clients to accidentally book video appointments, especially when the client is unfamiliar with the online booking process.
