Current State: Clients can be added/removed from group appointments, however, if a client is removed from a group appointment it is not reflected in their appointment history (F4).
Enhancement Request: Add functionality that allows users to cancel the appointment for individual clients within the group appointment. Include the option to select a cancellation reason. Display these cancelled appointments in appointment history (F4).
