Users are requesting that urgent documents (lab results, etc) appear in Home > Documents section red. This would be similar to how urgent tasks appear. In the Home>Documents folder the users would like the urgent documents to appear in red so that they are very clearly identified for them and visually obvious that they require immediate attention.
