INC000002597193 / #00632490 - More flexibility with recurring appointments

This enhancement requests more flexibility when working with recurring appointments such as:

 

  1. The ability to remove an entire recurring appointment as well as the ability to remove “from-this-date-forward” option. Currently users have to remove each appointment manually.

  2. When simulating the recurring appointment, users would like the ability to accept, reject or change one of the simulated dates (because they may have fallen on a holiday, or the date is not suitable for the provider or the client). Currently users have to accept the simulated dates and then manually cut/paste or delete appointments.

    For point number one - You do not have to Cancel each appointment manually.  Within the F4 window you can multi select the appointments you wish to Cancel, then right click and select Cancel.
