Enhancement requested for the addition of an ‘After Hours Contact’ phone number field under the Provider in the EMR Address Book, and to make this element available as a component via the Forms Editor Tool so it may be auto-populated to Requisition forms as may be required for After Hours contacts related to critical patient lab results.
