It would be helpful to have the ability to populate the patient's alias field (within the demographics) into forms for outbound referrals and requisitions. It is important that patients with preferred names that are different than their legal names can be identified and addressed accordingly (ie: patient's undergoing a gender transition). We do not use the "preferred name" field as this has caused billing issues previously. Also, having separate tags for the first and last name, similar to the patient's legal first and last name so the fields can be pulled in separately or in a different order than the single tag.
