Online booking stand alone start times on-the-half-hour
I want the ability to book appointments starting on-the-half-hour for 60 minute appointments instead of the Medeo screen, showing available, an additional appointment in between.
Having the ability to book counselling appointments on the half hour would be very helpful. Such an update would make Accuro more flexible and accessible for online booking.
This is such a problem for us. It makes no sense why we cannot book a 60 min appointment on the half hour (e.g., 10:30). I can book a shorter appointment at any time, why not a 60 minute appointment. University Counselling Centers book 60 minute appointments. That is the standard. If QHR would like more University Counselling Centers to use ACCURO, you need to fix this one!
