When creating tasks from a query builder report the task has a message "This patient violated alert: (Name of Report)"
It has been stated in previous cases that this is normal and doesn't really mean anything, then why add this message to the task. Users should receive the option to remove this message prior to sending a task to the user.
The task reason and notes added help the user understand what is required, the message is not required. There is no way to preview the task message before sending to the user so the message is never seen unless you view the task.
If the wording can be modified or users are given the ability to remove this message would be more beneficial.
