Currently we have the ability to add a non-client appointment; however these appointments are not reportable. Sites need to be able to report on their own time and how it is spent for non-client related scheduling (education sessions, committee work, etc.)
As more multi-disciplinary sites have come onto the EMR, the types of appointments and scheduling that they perform has evolved and we need to be able to report on these cases. For example, if a provider attends a meeting we need to be able to pull statistics from that (how many meetings did that provider attend in the last 6 months, etc.)
