We have Accuro with multiple offices. In order to allow Users to access patient information across these multiple offices we have a created a ‘View only’ Role. In reality this should allow Users to view patient information and should not allow them any access to create documentation. This is true, with the exception of Tasking.
In ‘Roles’, if ‘No Access’ is checked the User can create a Task from the View only office, but is not able to view the Task from the Task Inbox, Patient Tasks (F7) or the Virtual Chart.
In ‘Roles’ if ‘Read Only’ is checked the User can create a Task and also see and action the Task from their Task Inbox, Patient Tasks (F7) and the Virtual Chart.
It would be helpful if 'No Access' did not allow the User to create or view Tasks, and 'Read Only' did not allow the User to create a Task but did allow them to view the Task in Patient Tasks (F7) and the Virtual Chart.
I feel that this request is similar to a request I also submitted (ENT-I-162).
