launch Accuro > go to home > go to lab > right now nothing is selecting > no patient is loaded > select a document > now a patient loads
go to EMR > day sheet > pick a patient to work on > check their stuff in EN > move back to Home section > select document > and the patient that was previously selected to watch their document gets loaded.
This can cause them to mistakenly file under the wrong patient, so they would like to a way to clear actively loaded patient
