Keeping with patient privacy and integrity of staff, I'd like a report that can identify potential snooping by users in a chart and breaches of PHIA.
We currently have an extensive look at users with the audit log and slice that data up in excel to get a good picture of a user's activity, but it is time-consuming. Please reach out to me for further expansion on how we detect snooping currently and what a potential report could look like.
