Users would like to have the option to fax an attachment from a Task or a Message directly from the attachment window
Currently when an item from a client’s chart is attached to a Task or a Message, the only option a user has is to print the item. Many times, a provider sends a task or a message to an individual and the attachment needs to be sent off site via fax. Currently, in order to do this, the user has to locate the item in the Virtual Chart and then action it from there
