The online booking site should be clear on step 4, the sign in is very small on the top. Usually patients miss that. It would be best if the first option they get on step 4 is to sign in if they have an existing account. Instead of giving them an option to create an account. So we can avoid patients creating multiple accounts which happens alot

Agree. Px with multiple Medeo accts make Healthmail problematic. Preventing the multiple accounts is one large step to product improvement. The step above = prominent "SIGN IN" button and "New to Medeo" button may be the answer. Check out other website login screens . tx
