When in the Manage Security > Templates tab OR the Manage Security > Users > Provider Permissions tab, the headings of the Permission column is lost if the User has to scroll down. Users are left having to constantly scroll up and down for visibility OR memorize which column is for which Permission.

yes please, I had to make a paper template to hold on the screen so I could scroll down and still see the headings.
