Add configuration setting on Accuro Scheduler for users to enable the 'Click to View # Items" for suggestions

Our clinic has multiple suggestions and templates. However because the number of suggestions has not reached the limit for Accuro to automatically turn on this feature based on feedback from QHR attached in some of the clinic offices, the reception team often have to spend additional time searching and locating the right suggestion to apply. This is more prone to error and sometimes results in users applying the wrong suggestions
