Many providers have multiple locations, so when adding a Provider who has multiple entries to the 'From' field, there is no way to see the address to select the correct location. Adding the hover functionality would allow the User to select the correct location from the Address book.

This is a required feature. It will eliminate errors in filing and avoid PHIA breaches where information is sent to incorrect locations.
