Patient tab could be more effective if contact area was renamed/reorganized this area to read:
"primary contact number" first, then have "cell" or "alternate". We really have no use for knowing or identifying home/work/cell etc. We just want to know how they want to be contacted. Most people don't have "home" phones anymore anyway.
If it read "primary contact number" and then "alternate number" that's all we really need. but I guess there could be others that want all the other ones.
So my main ask if to make that "primary contact" so that's the one we pull into/onto everything. Having that drop down tick box to determine preferred contact method is useless. The drop down plays no role in forms, forms should be able to pull the field that we designate as primary.
