Bill note only provides half the story for our billers, they still have to see what the appointment type was for each visit which means they have to use another screen. There are tariffs that they will bill depending on appointment type that isn't necessarily communicated in bill notes. Adding the ability for appointment type on the daily claims would increase our efficiency by saving time and clicks.
