The user guide is the first place I go before I ask for help and some times it's clear in there and sometimes it's unclear or missing. Just now I searched for the word "annotate" so I can refresh myself on the specifics of what can be annotated and where. The word annotate does not appear in your user guide. I had to find this information in a vague form in Hotfix Release notes.
