When a bill time goes over midnight it incorrectly uses 2 units. The work around is to go to system settings > General > use bill qty for time-based bills" would like to have this in a feature in new bill so that the biller can use when needed. Best scenario would be if this feature was on to still have the bill calculate the time but allow billers to override it. Make the qty editable.
