When making role specific messages, roles that have no one assigned to them appear and you are able to assign a message. We'd like a way to remove the default roles that Accuro has built and we have no one assigned to them.
The hard coded roles are the ones I'm referring to. Some of them we do not
use and so they do not appear in other areas of Accuro except pop up role specific
messages. The only reason we don't use them is because you cannot configure
them, our reception needs more access than what's given.
So I'm not suggesting that we need to remove these roles if it seems like
too big of a hassle, but it certainly would fix our problem. The issue is
that role specific messages allows a user to create messages for
departments that are empty, and that is medically dangerous and unnecessary.

"In the Global Message section (Patients > Other tab) and the Audit Log section (Start Menu button > search Audit Logs) roles are now sorted alphabetically for both the active and inactive roles (active roles are displayed above inactive roles)."
