Currently stays default type but not subtype. When using quick patient actions window and creating a document, users are able to save the default type of document by choosing manage in the 'type' drop down and choosing a new default. When a user tries to set the subtype default by using the same action, it does not save as default subtype but reverts to the first item in the list.
