Unable to lock a patient’s chart across multiple offices.

ideally locking a patient chart would function similar to masking a chart whereby you can select the appropriate users for various offices

Need to be able to add just first name OR preferred name to a form/ label/ template/ etc.

surgical department is required to use legal name (not preferred); if preferred is present on identification there could be a possibility of the incorrect patient receiving treatment
