When Configuring a Provider in F2, we are requesting more components be available for the 'Introduction'
Currently, when 'Configuring a provider in F2 'Recipient Full name' and 'Recipient Name' are identical. We are requesting the ability to add either first name last name or simply last name, similar as we do within the Form Editor.
