Attach Medication Reconciliation Form to Generated Letter (Med Rec Module)
Current State: Medication Reconciliation forms are not listed in the items that can be attached to a Generated Letter.
Enhancement Request: Add functionality that would allow Medication Reconciliation forms to be attached to a Generated Letter.
